When we arrived, we all took a personal style quiz!  I will be posting the quiz soon so you all can take it as well!

For our first challenge, we had to select the "Spring-iest" item in the store we could find in a matter of minutes! I select a white top covered in yellow and pink sequins.  (It's the third to last item on the rack)

Then, we had to make an outfit for the Fall with the same item we picked out and add it to the rack! (You can see my piece at the end, it has the black scarf on it)

CLOSE UP! I decided to add a belt, scarf, fitted skirt, leggings and booties! All black of course!  I figure the overload of black gives it an edgier, fall look!

For our next challenge, we got into groups and created an outfit we thought one of the associates would like!  The lady on the far left was our model!

Sharmooz Los Angeles Fashion Camp

I work for a local designer, Ann Tillage, she host Fashion Camps for children ages 7-17.  She teaches them how to sew, sketch, etc! Tuesday was my first time assisting.  Her are a few pics of the set up!

Attendees cut out looks from magazines for inspiration! (There's Ann in background lol)

There's Tasha, the other stylist!

I used this magazine! I was obsessed with the cover

Attendees got the opportunity to sew their own clutch!

Fabrics for the inspiration board and also to sew their clutches!

I got a chance to sketch as well! This was the beginning stages

My very first time sketching! I'm proud
